Rent check (Dubai and Abu Dhabi)
Enter the area and size (bedrooms for villas) to see the distribution of registered rents for comparable homes, and where a given rent sits in it. Useful for tenants and for landlords setting a rent.
How to read it
- Ejari registrations include renewals. Dubai caps renewal increases by the RERA rental index, so rents for new lets tend to sit above the median (around the upper quartile).
- Apartment contracts in Ejari carry no bedroom count, so they are matched by size (±15%, widened to ±30% when thin).
- Floor, view, furnishing and building age are not reflected.
- Abu Dhabi does not publish contract-level rents; ADREC's quarterly published averages are shown instead.
- Only distributions and counts are shown, never individual contracts. Information only, not advice.
