Areas › Price check
Is this price high or low? (Dubai and Abu Dhabi)
Enter the area (and ideally the project), unit type, bedrooms, size and asking price to see where that price per sq ft sits among registered sales of the same kind in the last 12 months. Only government registration data is used.
How to read it
- Registered prices are actual sale prices. Asking prices are usually higher, so the gap is a guide to negotiating room.
- Off-plan prices embed payment plans and handover dates; sales in the same project from different launch phases are not fully comparable.
- Floor, view, orientation and finish are not reflected; 10–20% differences within one building are normal.
- Only distributions and counts are shown, never individual transactions. Information only, not investment advice.
Data as of 2026-10-11. Registered residential sales only, in areas with at least 10 sales in the last three months. Area detail on the area pages; run the numbers with the buy-to-let calculator; project trends under projects.
